Questions
Booking and payment
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Life happens. Please let Renate know as early as you can, by phone, text or email, and she will find you another time. Giving good notice means the slot can go to someone else who is waiting.
When are sessions available?
Sessions usually run Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm. Some evening and weekend appointments are also available if those times are hard for you, so just ask when you get in touch and Renate will see what she can arrange.
How do I pay for a session?
Renate will confirm how to pay when you book, so nothing is taken through this website. The discovery call is free and there is no card required to arrange one, and no automatic subscription or package to sign up to.
How much do sessions cost?
The 20-minute discovery call is free. A Rapid Transformational Therapy session is £250 and lasts around two hours, including your personalised recording, message support and a follow-up call on day 21. Access Bars, Reiki and tapping sessions are £50 each and last 60 to 75 minutes.
Let's talk. What can I help you with?
The first call lasts twenty minutes and it is free. You can say as much or as little as you like about what is going on, and ask me anything you want to.
