Tapping

Tapping is a great tool to increase the energy in your energy body!
It is safe, gentle, non-invasive yet life-changing!
It is a great tool to either learn to practice yourself or to use with a practitioner to guide and support you.

It works by using your fingers to literally tap gently on various parts of your head and body. This sends calming signals to the amygdala in the brain to
reduce stress. By turning off the “fight/flight” response, tapping significantly
reduces all the stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenalin. By addressing the stress/ our issues from a calmer perspective, we can let go and choose what we do want. Tapping raises your energy flow, which in turn creates happier, healthier energy states and greater wellbeing where life than looks and feels much better!
Energy tapping can be used with any issue. It equally complements other
medical/ alternative treatment plans.
