How I can help
For the pattern you can see clearly in hindsight and keep walking into anyway.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is often used for relationship patterns because it works on what you believe about yourself rather than on the other person. In one two-hour session with Renate Wimborne, in Morecambe or online, you look at where a belief such as "I am not worth staying for" began. This is individual work, not couples counselling.
If you are struggling with relationships, Rapid Transformational Therapy is one way of looking for the heart of the problem, so that you can make different choices from a clearer place.
That sounds harsher than I mean it. What I mean is that the part you can actually change is your own: what you believe you are worth, what you accept, what you go looking for, and what you put up with long after you knew better.
Most people can describe their pattern perfectly in hindsight. Knowing it has never been enough to stop it, because the belief driving it sits somewhere underneath knowing.
Max came to me feeling that he was not loved enough, and holding himself back from letting love in. In one session we found the beliefs underneath it and he was able to let them go.
What he said afterwards was simply: now I feel worthy and wanted.
That is the shape of this work. It is not about strategies for a conversation. It is about the thing underneath the conversation.
Any of these can be worked with through RTT, and Access Bars, Reiki or tapping can help you feel steadier while you do.
I see people one to one. If what you need is couples counselling, I will say so. Relate or a registered couples counsellor is the right route, and there is no sense in me pretending otherwise.

Client stories
“I felt safe, well guided and secure during the session. The session helped me to understand what blocks and limiting beliefs I had around not being loved enough, and why I was holding myself back from accepting love into my life. Renate created a space where I was able to understand and let go of limiting beliefs. Now I feel worthy and wanted. That's a real game-changer for me!”
“After my 1st Access Bars session, I had real clarity. I felt like I had more lightness in my life. Renate is such a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental person who helped me to pick up on issues that no longer served me, so I could release them. I would highly recommend a treatment with Renate.”
“I just wanted to say thank you for your support. I'm not sure that I would have had the confidence to make such a leap without the therapy you provide.”

Questions
No. Renate works with individuals, which means the work is on your side of the pattern: what you believe about yourself and what you accept. If you are looking for couples counselling, Relate or a registered couples counsellor is the right place to start.
That is often the best time to come. Once the immediate situation is over there is room to look at the pattern rather than the person, which is what stops it repeating. Several of Renate's clients arrive after a break-up specifically for that reason.
Yes. Any relationship difficulty can be worked with: parents, adult children, colleagues, friendships. The beliefs underneath tend to be the same ones, and they rarely confine themselves to romantic relationships.
The first call lasts twenty minutes and it is free. You can say as much or as little as you like about what is going on, and ask me anything you want to.
